We take an exploratory and iterative approach to working with our clients, seeking to understand your challenges through design workshops. Our focus is on co-design at the earliest stages.

We help you to identify and then involve those most impacted by your work. These include your employees, grantees, the public and beneficiaries but may stretch beyond them.

We support you to imagine different outcomes and solutions in response to the insight that comes from research; experimenting with them and learning by doing.

We support you to define your success criteria and metrics; and apply them in a safe and non-judgemental space, so you can learn what works best for you and your team.
